The River Park Project, part of the Leven Programme in Levenmouth, Fife, aims to establish an accessible, attractive and biodiverse public park in the heart of the Levenmouth Communities. Community engagement, heritage and empowerment are central themes within the project.

This four-year plan outlines groups, businesses and individuals who were keen to be involved, their capacity for delivering future projects, what resources or training they would need, and how the projects could continue long-term and be self-sustaining.

Through attending local group meetings, steering group discussions, community events, co-hosting creative workshops, and through digital consultation, ice cream architecture identified interests, capacities and goals for organisations and individuals to create a report that accommodates all groups in the community.
The plan outlines which local groups are interested in being involved in the delivery and maintenance of the future River Park, what their capacity is, and what resources they might need to be involved and maximise their benefit from the River Park Project. It also identified and suggested projects that the community expressed would be particularly beneficial to the local area.
The plan reflects the community's unique needs and aspirations for their area, to maximise the local benefit of a park that will be a valuable asset to the people of Levenmouth.
