Inspiring young people to set up their own social enterprise.
We developed a 12 episode, video training programme in partnership with County Wicklow Partnership, to provide a roadmap for young people to initiate their own social enterprise. The design process brought together our expertise and interests in social enterprise, video development, animation and creative-based training. We created a playful and interactive learning experience for our audience. Summit Social is a 12-episode series that falls into five themes: get inspired, be confident, be astute, be resourceful and feel accomplished. Each of the twelve episodes has a featured headline video with episode reflections layered with animations, a case study with layered animations, further readings and resources, online and hardcopy activities and a comments section. A website platforms the episodes and helps users manage their progress through their social enterprise journey. Setting up a social enterprise can have challenges, so Summit Social needs to invite, encourage, and spark curiosity.
